the check-in process was very efficient. the bathrooms were clean and well kept. the lockers were spacious and secure for storing luggage. fresh towels were provided daily.

the temperature inside the capsule was not adjustable which was slightly uncomfortable.

The location was good, very close to the train station.

The staff was not very cute. I found them unhelpful and somewhat rude, which affected my overall experience. Also the capsule was too hot. The air conditioning seemed inadequate and I struggled to get comfortable at night. It made sleeping difficult.

The bathroom cleanliness was lacking. I noticed a distinct, unpleasant smell, almost like chicken, throughout the rooms! The pod itself felt a little dusty. The laundry machine was not effective. It required a double dry cycle.
